BUILD IT!

Build It! is aimed at groups aged between 8 to 18. Build It! is about helping people make the most of themselves. It is a flexible learning package designed to help them grow in confidence and self worth: participants find out more about their personal potential, develop a positive attitude towards themselves and their environment, and improve their personal and interpersonal skills. Build It! is not about creating unrealistic dreams, raising false hopes or inappropriate expectations; this would only lead to disillusionment. It is about helping people:-

• understand the value and relevance of developing and using their personal potential in society
  
  
• develop commitment personal skills e.g. team-working, problem solving, thinking and leadership in a way that will bring them real personal benefit
  
  
• develop self confidence and a positive attitude so that they can capitalise on their potential and skills.
